I load your properties' info

You send me your Airbnb/Booking listings or your properties' details. I set the assistant up with everything: times, access, rules, wifi, parking and area — and I leave guest registration connected.

You try it with one property

I show you a real demo with one of your places. You message it in Spanish, English, German or Mallorquí and see for yourself how it replies. I fine-tune whatever's needed.

You go live

When you're happy, it's live: a link for your messages and a QR code for the property. You supervise whenever you like; I keep it running.

I do the hard part.

I get 80% from your listings. I only ask you for a handful of private details that aren't published —and that's it.
