Those you provide when filling in the contact form, writing to us on WhatsApp or email, or requesting a demo: usually name, email, phone and the details of your property you share with us. Also browsing data via cookies (see Cookie policy).
To handle your enquiries and demo requests; provide the service if you hire us and manage the relationship; send you communications about the service (and marketing only if you consent).
Your consent; the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
For the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (tax/commercial). The data of mere enquirers, until you request its deletion.
We do not share your data except where legally required. We use technology providers (hosting, email, AI and messaging tools) acting as data processors with the appropriate safeguards.
If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it is done with the GDPR's safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@anfitria.io. If you believe they have not been addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
When we provide the service to a client (owner or agency), we process their guests' data on behalf of and following the instructions of that client, who is the data controller. This relationship is governed by the corresponding data-processing agreement.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data.
